Role Description
The Teaching Professional will deliver classroom instruction for NEET and JEE aspirants, following the institute’s curriculum and academic standards. Responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, explaining complex concepts clearly,



and using diverse teaching methods to support different learning styles. The role involves assessing student performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions, as well as providing individual mentoring and doubt-clearing support. The Teaching Skilled will collaborate with other faculty members to align teaching strategies, contribute to exam-oriented training plans, and participate in parent or guardian interactions when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar.
