Founder's Office – Sales & Marketing

Location: Remote, Bangalore

Type: Unpaid internship

Minimum duration: 18 Weeks. The role with transition in a full time paid assignment upon successful completion of this duration.

About the role

We're looking for someone with client handling experience to assist the Founder. You will work alongside the Founder to keep communication with clients smooth, organized, and consistent. You'll be the connection between our clients and our tech team, helping everything behind the scenes run seamlessly.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role in the Founder's Office. You'll be expected to spot what's broken and help fix it, often before anyone asks.

What you'll do
- Assist with onboarding. Work alongside the Founder to onboard recent clients smoothly, from kickoff to fully up-and-running.
- Help manage the ongoing client experience. Keep clients engaged, anticipate friction before it becomes a complaint, and make sure they're getting real value from us.
- Help Build GTM strategies.



Work with Founder to shape and refine go-to-market strategy.
- Help resolve issues end-to-end. When bugs or blockers come up, see them through. Translate the client's problem into clear, actionable detail for the tech team, track it to resolution, and close the loop with the client.
- Be the bridge to the tech team. Communicate issues with context and precision that engineers can act on it.
- Write and maintain SOPs. Document how things should run — onboarding steps, support workflows, escalation paths and keep them current as we grow.
- Close the feedback loop. Funnel client feedback and recurring pain points back to the product team so we keep getting better.

- Excellent written and verbal communication. You write clearly and can hold a confident, reassuring conversation with a client.
- Strong management and organizational skills. You juggle many threads without dropping any, and keep your own systems tight.
