Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Learning and Development:
- Design and deliver training sessions on hospitality, conflict management, storytelling, and customer service.
- Identify skill gaps through observation and feedback from team leads
- Create & facilitate training content
- Track training effectiveness and share regular progress reports with the reporting manager
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in screening, shortlisting, and hiring candidates by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting the overall hiring process.
