Role Description
The Junior Executive Human Resources role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves supporting daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction, and coordinating attendance, leave, and payroll-related data. The Junior Executive will help implement HR policies, support employee engagement activities,



and respond to basic employee queries in a professional and timely manner. The role also includes coordinating recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and assisting in new hire documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and local labor regulations are key aspects of the day-to-day work.
