Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Recruiter role based in Visakhapatnam, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment data, supporting employer branding activities, and collaborating with HR and business leaders to meet staffing needs for software development, IT services, and consulting projects. The Recruiter is expected to work effectively both on-site and remotely, aligning recruitment efforts with company growth goals and workforce planning.

Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Solid skills in candidate sourcing using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Ability to assess technical and non-technical roles, preferably within software development, IT services, and consulting.
