Role & responsibilities:
- Providing program overview to the potential leads.
- Involvement in the final closures with the assigned customers.
- Working closely with the medical team for smooth customer journey operations.
- Carrying out the day-to-day operations (bookings, communications, trackings, data/ P&L; sheet/ cx journey tracker maintenance.
- If required, coordinating among multiple teams for task completions.
- Working on the growth aspect of the program
Preferred candidates:
- Graduate/MBA with 0-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Positive Communication & presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills (people relations, well behaved, situation handling).
- Selling ability and data management with high AOV users.
- Good intent, Growth mindset, Multi-tasking
