About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Andhra Pradesh is responsible for driving sales growth, developing the applicator and consultant network, and managing project sales in the assigned region. Based in Andhra Pradesh, the TSM will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) South to develop and implement strategic plans, ensure technical support, and achieve business objectives. The role requires robust field engagement, relationship building, and technical sales expertise in waterproofing, flooring, and construction chemicals.

Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Work closely with the RSM South as part of a cohesive team to achieve regional targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and market penetration in the Andhra Pradesh region.
- Identify and onboard new applicators, consultants, and project influencers to expand the customer base.




- Generate leads through direct site visits, references, and industry networks including consultants, architects, and applicators.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and bids for contracts as per project and client requirements.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage regularly with consultants, architects, contractors, and applicators to promote product specifications and approvals.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to increase brand presence and project win ratio.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and trainings for customers and partners.
- Project Management & Site Activities
- Conduct site inspections prior to proposal submissions to understand site conditions and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure correct application of products at the project sites.
