We are looking for a detail-oriented
E-commerce Executive
to manage and optimize our returns operations across leading marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle returns and replacements on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other marketplaces

✅ Investigate return reasons and identify root causes

✅ Coordinate with warehouse and customer support teams

✅ Reduce return rates through data analysis and process improvements

✅ Maintain return reports and MIS

✅ Work with marketplace support teams to resolve return-related issues

✅ Monitor return claims, reimbursements, and dispute cases

Requirements:

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or returns management





✔️ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller (Blinkit experience is a plus)

✔️ Good analytical and Excel skills

✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
