Your Role

As a Business Growth Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with business owners, conducting discovery calls, managing follow-ups, and helping companies understand how better marketing can accelerate their growth.

You'll work directly with the founder and become an key part of building Panknox's growth engine.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Respond to inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls.
- Understand business challenges and goals.
- Qualify potential clients.
- Maintain CRM and pipeline.





Client Communication
- Schedule meetings.
- Conduct online meetings.
- Build relationships with founders and decision-makers.
- Coordinate follow-ups.
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn communication professionally.

Sales Process
- Present Panknox's approach.
- Understand client requirements.
- Coordinate proposal preparation.
- Follow up consistently.
- Help convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.

Market Research
- Research prospective companies.
- Understand industries and competitors.
- Prepare meeting notes.
- Assist in creating Business Opportunity Reports.

Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the founder.
- Coordinate with designers and marketers.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding after closing.
