Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Developer
with
3 to 15 years of full-time qualified experience
in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
ServiceNow ITSM
along with expertise in scripting, workflows, integrations, custom application development, and platform administration. Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as
ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, SPM, or CMDB
is highly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain applications on the
ServiceNow platform
.
- Develop and enhance solutions across modules such as
ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, SPM, CMDB, and Service Portal
, based on business requirements.
- Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Catalog, Asset, and CMDB modules.
- Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer flows, Workflows, and scheduled jobs.
- Build and customize Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, and Approval Workflows.
- Develop reusable applications using
Scoped Applications
and App Engine.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using
REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, JDBC, and web services
.
- Perform CMDB configuration, Discovery integration, Service Mapping, and data reconciliation where applicable.
- Create dashboards, reports, performance analytics, and KPIs to support business operations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize system performance, and resolve production incidents.
