How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Manages HR operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient function of the HR department and service delivery to the business and employees. May implement, and manage a variety of human resource programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and practices. May support annual processes related to talent management or pay administration, audits and various projects.




- Works to achieve operational targets within sub-function with direct impact on department results.
- Works independently on larger, moderately complex/technical function projects/ assignments.
- Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.
- May train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.

May require the following proficiencies:
- Working independently with general supervision.
- Facing function related problems that are difficult but typically not complex.
- Potentially influencing others within the function through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

About you

Qualifications:

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
