Role Overview

The AGM - Learning & Development will be responsible for driving the organization-wide learning strategy, leadership development, sales capability building, and talent development initiatives. The incumbent will partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and deliver scalable learning solutions that enhance organizational performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives across functions.
- Drive capability-building programs for sales, distribution, operations and corporate teams.




- Partner with business leaders to identify critical skill gaps and design learning interventions.
- Build and manage high-impact learning journeys for employees across levels.
- Lead digital learning transformation initiatives including LMS and blended learning programs.
- Measure training effectiveness through learning analytics, business outcomes and ROI metrics.
- Manage external training partners, vendors and internal facilitators.
- Drive talent development initiatives for high-potential employees and future leaders.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and mandatory learning requirements are effectively implemented.
