Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on lithium-ion batteries, including charging, discharging, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot issues with battery systems and identify root causes of problems.
- Conduct visual inspections of batteries to detect signs of wear or damage.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues related to battery management systems (BMS) and energy storage systems (ESS).
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations when working with high-voltage equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, BMS system design, and thermal management principles.
- Proficiency in using specialized tools and software for testing and troubleshooting purposes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team setting.
