About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Team Lead to lead our social media operations, drive audience engagement, and manage high-performing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience in content planning, campaign execution, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the social media team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Review and approve social media content, captions, reels, designs, and campaign creatives.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee content publishing across multiple platforms.
- Execute organic and paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Manage audience engagement through comments, messages, and reviews.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet content requirements and deadlines.
- Identify social media trends and implement innovative content strategies.
- Ensure smooth functioning of social media tools,



scheduling platforms, and WhatsApp API.
- Drive process improvements and maintain efficient workflows.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, content review, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current social media trends.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per
