Job Summary
Eyora Wearable is looking for an experienced Premium Watch Sales Consultant with strong knowledge of luxury and premium watches. The ideal candidate should be passionate about premium timepieces, capable of delivering an exceptional customer experience, and skilled in converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting premium and luxury watches based on their preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
- Possess strong knowledge of luxury watch features, functions, value, craftsmanship, and collections.
- Have in-depth knowledge of premium watch brands, designs, case shapes, dial styles, strap types, movement types (Automatic, Mechanical, Quartz, Smart), and material quality.
- Explain the features, specifications, warranty,



and maintenance of premium watches to customers.
- Recommend suitable watches by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, after-sales service, and product demonstrations professionally.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product displays, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.

Eligibility
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Graduate preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury watch sales, premium retail, or branded watch showrooms.
- Strong knowledge of premium watch brands, watch movements, materials, features, and design.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Excellent customer handling, sales, and presentation skills.
