Role Description
The Sales Specialist will manage the end-to-end sales process, including engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Mahindra vehicles and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, facilitating test drives, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in dealership systems,



coordinating with service and finance teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience before and after the sale. The Sales Specialist will participate in ongoing product training, support promotional activities, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
