As a
Market Intelligence & Business Development Associate
, you'll be responsible for identifying high-potential business opportunities, researching enterprise prospects, and initiating meaningful conversations through email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls.

Every lead tells a story. Your role is to uncover it, understand it, and turn it into a business prospect.

This is not a traditional research role. You'll work directly with our global sales and leadership teams, combining market intelligence with proactive outreach to build qualified sales pipelines across international markets.

What You'll Do

Market Research & Intelligence
- Research companies across global markets before outreach.
- Analyze business models, industries, growth strategies, and market positioning.
- Identify key decision-makers and buying committees.
- Monitor competitor activity, hiring trends,



expansion plans, funding rounds, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities across Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR), HR Tech, Workforce Management, and Digital Transformation.
- Create concise research briefs and account intelligence reports for leadership.

Business Development & Outreach
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Build relationships with prospective clients across international markets.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and potential.
- Personalize outreach using research-backed insights.
- Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales leaders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting generation targets.
