Shroffs Foundation Trust, is looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage hostel operations and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of residential students at our VIVEC campus in Paldi, Vadodara.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive residential workplace for students enrolled in various vocational training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all hostel and residential student records and registers
- Maintain mandatory documents related to hostel accommodation
- Conduct roll calls twice daily and report attendance
- Monitor student leave records and coordinate with trainers and management
- Ensure discipline, safety, and a ragging-free hostel campus
- Conduct regular inspections and night rounds to prevent unwanted incidents
- Provide immediate support during medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare services
- Supervise housekeeping, cleanliness, and hostel maintenance
- Maintain stock records of consumables and hostel assets
- Monitor outsourced services such as security,



housekeeping, gardening, and cleaning
- Manage canteen operations including procurement, hygiene, and record keeping
- Maintain ambulance usage records and verify bills of outsourced services
- Participate in discipline, health, sports, and canteen committees
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Director/Management from time to time

Required Qualifications Experience: Educational Background: Minimum Graduate from a recognized university | Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hostel administration, residential institutions, or student welfare

Experience: Minimum 2 5 years of relevant experience in a hostel, residential school, ITI, or training institute | Experience in managing students and campus facilities will be an added advantage
