Role Overview

We are seeking
US IT Recruiters
with 1–5 years of relevant experience in end‑to‑end recruitment for US clients. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, and placement skills, with hands‑on experience in working with
C2C, W2, hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster,CEIPAL,LinkedIn) and internal databases
- Work on
C2C, W2
requirements for US clients
- Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and vendors
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes




- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for submissions and placements

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of
US IT recruitment experience
(mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of
US hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Hands‑on experience with
job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work onsite in
Noida (Sector 62)
- Robust relationship‑building and networking skills
