Role Description
The Relationship Manager role at Zuari Finserv Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will build and manage a portfolio of clients, provide guidance on investment products such as broking, mutual funds, IPOs, and depository services, and ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.



Daily responsibilities include understanding client financial goals, recommending suitable products, handling queries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution of transactions. The role also involves identifying recent business opportunities, conducting regular follow-ups, and maintaining accurate client records in line with compliance and company policies. Relationship Managers are expected to contribute to revenue growth while upholding the company’s standards of trust and integrity.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of financial products and services such as equity broking, mutual funds, IPOs, RTA, and depository services.
