About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Robotics Trainer who loves teaching young minds and is eager to learn emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for STEM education. The role involves conducting robotics and coding sessions in schools across Pune and nearby locations while creating an engaging and interactive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct robotics, coding, AI, and STEM training sessions for school students.
- Deliver hands-on practical workshops using robotics kits and educational tools.
- Plan and prepare lesson plans, activities, and demonstrations.
- Inspire students through interactive and project-based learning.
- Assist students in building robotics projects and preparing for competitions.
- Maintain robotics kits, equipment, and classroom resources.
- Coordinate with school management and teachers for smooth execution of sessions.
- Travel to schools in Pune and nearby locations as per the training schedule.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics, AI, coding, and educational technology.
- Participate in company training programs and continuously upgrade technical and teaching skills.
- Submit daily training reports and student progress updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Computer, IT, Robotics, Mechatronics) or equivalent.
- Freshers with strong enthusiasm for teaching are welcome.
- Prior experience in robotics training or STEM education is an added advantage.
