Role Summary

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to support end-to-end creator campaign execution- from identifying the right creators to tracking what actually moved the needle. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands internet culture, creator economics, and how influencer content drives real business outcomes, not just vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and shortlist influencers/creators across Instagram, YouTube, and Linkedin aligned to brand and campaign briefs
- Support outreach, negotiation coordination, and onboarding of creators for live campaigns
- Track deliverables, timelines, and content approvals across multiple concurrent influencer campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and compile reporting
- Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats, and emerging creators relevant to client categories




- Assist in briefing creators to ensure content aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives
- Coordinate with internal content, strategy, and paid media teams for integrated campaign execution

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Linkedin, X ecosystems
- Sharp eye for creator authenticity, audience fit, and content quality- not just follower count
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Prior internship experience in marketing, media, or content (preferred, not mandatory)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or a related field

Work Arrangement
- Working hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility expected based on workload)
- Fixed-term duration, with certificate issued only on full completion
