Role Description
The Sales & Booking Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about decoration packages, and guide customers in selecting suitable themes based on their needs and budgets. This full-time, in office role, based in Jaipur,



involves managing bookings through phone, chat, and online channels, confirming availability, and coordinating event details with the operations and decoration teams. The executive will prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate records in booking systems or CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities also include resolving customer issues, ensuring timely communication before and after events, and supporting marketing or promotional activities to increase bookings and repeat customers. This will be a 2 months full-time internship convertible to full time offer.
