We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Video Editor who is passionate about creating visually compelling content that captures attention and delivers results.

The ideal candidate should combine technical expertise with creative thinking and understand that editing is about storytelling, emotion, and audience retention—not just transitions and effects.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, brand films, corporate videos, podcasts, and promotional campaigns.
- Create qualified motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.




- Understand each client's business, target audience, and marketing objectives before editing.
- Apply storytelling techniques and audience psychology to maximize engagement and retention.
- Maintain a cinematic and premium visual standard across all projects.
- Collaborate with founders, creative directors, cinematographers, and content strategists to bring ideas to life.
- Suggest creative improvements, pacing changes, visual enhancements, and storytelling ideas whenever necessary.
- Ensure every deliverable aligns with the client's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
