Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Growth
- Lead the companys long-term financial strategy
- Enable scale from domestic D2C dominance to global expansion

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting
- Ensure robust cash-flow management

Import-Export & Supply Chain Finance
- Handle DGFT, customs, duties, and compliance
- Optimize working capital across manufacturing & D2C channels

Costing & Pricing Strategy
- Manage inventory costing, landed cost calculations, pricing strategy
- Supervise procurement payments

Governance & Fundraising
- Implement internal controls & cost optimization frameworks
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, banking relationships, audits

Statutory Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax & corporate laws opportunity
