Job Summary

Orgvein Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key customer relationships, and leading the business development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire recent clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the business development team.
- Generate and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.




- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and business forecasts.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience
- 2 -3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading or managing a sales team is preferred.
