What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, email, and other online channels.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and community engagement.
- Create and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through data-driven strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and product teams to execute impactful campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.




- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Experience in consumer brands, D2C, e-commerce, or the pet industry is a plus.
