Role Description
The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee and execute core HR functions, including HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy implementation for the Bengaluru office. This full time, on-site role involves managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting learning and development initiatives.



The role includes handling employee relations, addressing concerns and grievances, facilitating engagement activities, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Senior Executive will partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in end-to-end HR functions.
