Key Responsibilities:
- Lead andmanage sales teams across the region to achieve business development goals, driveprofitability and expand market presence.
- Ensureadequate lead flow, drive conversions, and oversee approvals, disbursements,and credit quality of the portfolio.
- Build, train,and retain high-performing teams by fostering a performance-driven culture andactively minimizing attrition
- Develop andexpand distribution through branches, channel partners, and alliances inassigned geographies.
- Drivecustomer acquisition, service excellence, and business delivery while ensuringcompliance with regulatory norms and company policies.
- Conductregular reviews, audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gapsand implement corrective actions.
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams (Credit, Risk, Collections, Operations) forseamless business delivery and credit quality standards.
- Provideregional insights for product launches, marketing initiatives, and annualoperating plans.
- Monitor keyperformance indicators, budgets, and expenses,

- Required Qualifications andSkills:

Proven trackrecord of achieving sales and profitability targets in financial services,NBFC, HFC, or banking sector .

Strongunderstanding of retail lending products, credit quality, and sales cycles .

Demonstratedability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams while driving aperformance-oriented culture

Experience inchannel management, market expansion, and customer engagement

Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation abilities .

Stronganalytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret data anddrive actionable insights

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIStools)
