BOOTWAY INAAS PRIVATE LIMITED is a 3 year old technology startup building creative digital solutions for indoor navigation. BootWay Indoor Navigation, helps patients, visitors, and staff navigate complex hospitals and healthcare campuses with ease. We combine healthcare, software, 3D mapping, and digital infrastructure to solve real-world challenges. We have biggest clientele of Rajasthan, working with private and public sector organization.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years in a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, or CTO role.
- Experience building and scaling SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience with system architecture, APIs, DevOps, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology standards (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and delivering products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to sign confidentiality, IP assignment, and consultancy agreements.
