Responsibilities

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for the development team

Technical Planning: Plan and document comprehensive technical specifications for features or system design, ensuring a clear roadmap for development and implementation

Application Development: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills

Team Leadership: Direct the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions





Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth, and encouraging the adoption of industry best practices

Requirements

Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience

Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Technical Expertise: Solid experience in software development, including C#, Microservices, Web applications, and Cloud technologies together with IOS and Android

Agile Experience: Experience in agile development with Scrum and Protected

Leadership Skills: Proven success as a technical team leader with strong mentoring and coaching abilities
