About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, showcasing our construction projects, increasing brand awareness, and managing day-to-day social media activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content related to construction projects, completed projects, ongoing work, site progress, company updates, and achievements.
- Develop creative content ideas, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and project showcases.
- Coordinate with project teams, architects, designers, and other departments to collect relevant content and project updates.
- Visit construction sites when required to capture photos, videos, and progress updates.




- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and relevant hashtags.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries professionally and promptly.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and overall social media performance.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with external agencies or designers, when required.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand image, professionalism, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
