detail-oriented professionals to join our Quality Check team.

Role Objective :

The QC Executive Venue Pricing & Availability Team will be responsible for collecting,

verifying, auditing, and maintaining accurate venue pricing and date availability information

across multiple wedding destinations. The role requires direct interaction with hotels, resorts,

and venue representatives while posing as a prospective customer to gather authentic

information.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail,

data accuracy, and the ability to maintain quality standards while managing large volumes of

venue information.

Key Responsibilities

Venue Pricing Verification
- Contact hotels, resorts,



and wedding venues as a prospective customer to collect pricing

information.
- Gather complete venue details including:

Room inventory

Venue spaces and capacities

Wedding package inclusions

Meal plans and amenities

Seasonal and event-based pricing
- Collect pricing information for various categories based on destination-specific

requirements.
- Verify pricing variations for weekdays, weekends, peak seasons, off-seasons, Saaya and

Non-Saaya dates.
- Obtain brochures, quotations, photographs, and videos for validation purposes.

Venue Availability Verification
- Verify venue availability for assigned wedding dates.
- Record venue status as:

Available

Not Available

On Request
- Capture special conditions such as:

Blackout dates

Partial bookings

Renovation periods

Minimum booking requirements
- Update availability information accurately in the central tracker.

Data Entry & Documentation
- Update pricing and availability trackers
