Key Responsibilities

This is an easy-to-learn coordination role. If you are comfortable using a smartphone, a computer, WhatsApp, and online apps, you can perform this job successfully. Complete training, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided by the Company Manager.

Customers simply send us a WhatsApp message when they need everyday household assistance, and our team coordinates with trusted service providers to help fulfill those requests.

Understand customers' requirements and coordinate the most appropriate solution.
- Coordinate hotel bookings and restaurant reservations through approved online platforms.
- Coordinate home service requests by booking trusted professionals through platforms such as Urban Company (formerly UrbanClap) or other company-approved service providers, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, and other household service professionals.
- Order groceries through online platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket.
- Arrange online deliveries of cakes,



bouquets, gifts, and household essentials as requested by customers.
- Coordinate food orders through online platforms.
- Follow up with service providers and delivery partners to ensure customer requests are completed smoothly and on time.
- Keep customers informed by providing timely updates on the status of their requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer requests, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between customers and service providers, ensuring a smooth and skilled experience.
- Handle only genuine, practical, and company-approved customer requests that can be fulfilled through our trusted partners and online platforms.
- Work closely with the Company Manager whenever assistance or approval is required to resolve customer requests.
