- Design experiences of Newgen products and applications with a goal to create a positive impact on productivity and business value of every product.
- Own the User Experience for a large and complex B2B product, including planning & monitoring of activities & deliverables.
- Oversee the product deliverables that shall include Information Architecture, Task-mapping, adapt design based on Analytics & User feedback.
- Effectively present the concept to the business stakeholders, validate & translate their product expectations.
- Ensure that the UX deliverables are inline with the business needs and they are built considering the technology aspect.
- Take the product to next level beginning to implementation through R&D; and by working closely with the team of interaction designers, visual designers, engineering team, quality assurance and product owners.
- Knowledge of technology, and its impact on the feasibility of design solutions, including the capabilities and limitations of web and mobile platforms.

- Being a design evangelist internally and externally.
- Working closely during the hiring of designers and bring in the right talent with various skillsets, as and when needed.
- Having hands-on experience with design tools, and a positive understanding of design methods and processes.
