About the Company

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance while supporting the organization's overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in payroll inputs, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.




- Handle employee grievances and support performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed and Naukri.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, B Tech, B.E. , BBA, B.Com, or any graduate with an HR specialization.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering companies will be preferred.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹ 15,000 Per Month (Based on experience and skills)
