Your new role

As a Associate Master Data Professional I, you'll be the guardian of data integrity across our global supply chain operations. Working with SAP S4 HANA and supporting production sites worldwide, you'll ensure that every piece of master data—from raw materials to finished products—is accurate, compliant, and optimized for patient impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating, maintaining, and deactivating master data in SAP and Winshuttle for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, including Purchase Info Records, Source Lists, Production Versions, and Master Recipes according to defined SLAs
- Managing QA approval flows and documentation processes,



coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and effective master data setup in a GxP environment
- Identifying and driving process improvements by providing input to the Master Data Change Advisory Board (MD CAB) and evaluating master data quality reports
- Supporting MD Stewards and planners with regular reports, ad hoc analysis, and guidance on MDM process transitions and scope transfers across regions
- Handling CR-cases and deviations in NovoGlow, evaluating urgency, coordinating responses, and implementing corrective actions within defined timelines
- Monitoring and reporting on master data performance KPIs, actively participating in daily stand-up meetings, and taking ownership when targets aren't met
- Training and onboarding new team members through comprehensive theoretical and hands-on training programs, providing hypercare support and fostering an inclusive workplace
