Role & responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and regions.
- Generate leads through consultants, architects, EPC contractors, system integrators, PMC firms, and end users.
- Develop market penetration strategies to expand the company's presence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and solution-based sales discussions.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Sales Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue targets.
- Review enquiries, quotations, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on opportunities and improve conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Estimation, Engineering, Production,



and Project teams for seamless project execution.
- Drive CRM adoption and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Resolve commercial and customer-related issues effectively.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in B2B project sales and business development.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience in handling large-value projects and institutional sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
