Overview
The Associate, Performance Management Operations supports the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of the firm’s performance management processes and systems across the U.S. and India. This role serves as a key operational partner responsible for supporting day-to-day system administration,
reporting, process coordination, and operational execution related to the firm’s performance management ecosystem.
This role will develop deep expertise in the BetterWorks platform and related processes to help ensure operational continuity, process consistency, and a high-quality user experience. The position plays a critical role in supporting reporting, data integrity, process administration, system support, and ongoing enhancements as the organization continues to mature its performance management approach.
