Role & responsibilities
- Handle procurement of MEP materials such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Cleanroom materials.
- Float RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate with vendors.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up for timely deliveries.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Stores, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech(Mechanical, Electrical) or MBA (Operations/Supply Chain)
- Preferred Industry: MEP, HVAC, Cleanroom, EPC, Industrial Projects, Construction
- Experience 1-4 Years
- Comfortable with MS Office.
- Valuable communication, client coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage project schedules, measurements, and billing coordination.
