We are looking for a passionate Python Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems using AI and scalable backend systems.

Role Overview

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI applications powered by LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and frontend developers to build intelligent, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, etc.) into enterprise applications.
- Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, and retrieval workflows.




- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, and response optimization techniques.
- Build REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
- Integrate cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) where required.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile development processes.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Python development.
- Robust understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience building RAG applications.
- Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or open-source models.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or simila
