Key Responsibilities
- Production & Inventory Oversight: Manage daily manufacturing, blending, and packaging operations. Track inventory of raw materials, chemical batches, and finished goods to prevent shortages.
- Quality Control (QC): Ensure all batches of fertilizers and pesticides meet quality standards, agricultural guidelines, and government safety protocols.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA or local Indian safety norms, HAZMAT) for handling hazardous chemicals. Conduct routine safety audits and equipment checks.
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise production floor workers or field teams. Evaluate performance and address any grievances.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate shift logs, production outputs, and chemical usage records for management and compliance audits.

Essential Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Chemistry,



or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in agrochemical manufacturing, fertilizer processing.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of chemical formulations, soil health, crop science, and pest control.
- Certifications: State or national specific certifications for handling or applying restricted-use pesticides (if applicable to the specific role).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
