We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Developer to take ownership of our digital storefronts. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining stunning, high-converting websites and event microsites that leave a lasting first impression on global delegates.

The Role

As our Website Developer, you will bridge the gap between design and technology. You will turn creative concepts into functional, responsive, and visually beautiful websites. From launching fast-paced promotional landing pages for upcoming conferences to maintaining our corporate web presence, your work will directly drive user engagement and event registrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Web Development & Launch: Develop, test, and deploy highly responsive websites, event landing pages, and custom microsites.
- CMS Management: Manage and customize Content Management Systems (primarily WordPress), including theme customization, plugin integration, and troubleshooting.
- UI/UX Optimization: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure layouts are intuitive,



user-friendly, and optimized for maximum conversion (registration/ticket sales).
- Maintenance & Security: Perform regular website audits, software updates, backups, and security checks to ensure zero downtime, especially during peak event registration periods.
- SEO & Performance Tuning: Optimize website speed, core web vitals, and implement technical SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
- Analytics Integration: Set up and maintain tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to help the marketing team measure traffic and campaign performance.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in web development and design. Agency experience or working in a fast-paced setting is a major advantage.
- Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
