? Role Overview

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires solid communication skills, confidence, and a goal-oriented mindset.

? Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to introduce our financial services

• Engage potential clients and understand their requirements

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team





• Maintain a database with proper call notes and updates

• Follow up with prospects and nurture potential clients

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets

• Handle client queries and objections professionally

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
