Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers using MS Excel.

Requirements:
- 6 months–3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
