Position Details

Role: Go Language Technical Lead

Location: Remote

Experience: 8+ Years overall | 5+ Years in Data Engineering / ETL Development

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Go Language Technical Lead with a robust background in Data Engineering, ETL Pipeline Development, Cloud Technologies, and Golang Development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable enterprise data integration solutions while providing technical leadership to the development team and collaborating with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills comfortable interacting with client stakeholders directly.
- No significant project gaps in the last few years.
- Solid hands-on experience in Data Engineering — Azure, GCP, or other Cloud platforms, along with ETL/ELT pipeline development.

Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Data Engineering and enterprise data integration.




- Hands-on experience in designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), data mapping, data validation, and query optimization.
- Experience with Python, PySpark, or Scala.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience using Go (Golang) for backend services and enterprise applications.
- Experience developing REST APIs, gRPC services, and Microservices.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, cloud-native applications, and data quality best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
