Summary:

UST is looking for a highly skilled Rockwell PharmaSuite MES Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the installation, configuration, customization, and integration of the Rockwell PharmaSuite MES platform in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MES application installation, system configuration, Java-based configuration/customization, and integration with enterprise and shop floor systems including ERP, Level 2 systems, weighing scales, and LIMS. This role requires a solid understanding of manufacturing operations, system connectivity, and technical solution delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment.





The candidate will work closely with business users, manufacturing teams, automation teams, quality teams, and IT teams to deliver reliable MES solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. PharmaSuite MES Installation and Setup
- Install and deploy the Rockwell PharmaSuite MES application across development, test, and production environments.
- Perform initial setup and environment configuration of the PharmaSuite platform.
- Support system availability, deployment planning, and technical setup activities.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and application support teams for installation and environment readiness.

2. MES Configuration and Java Customization
- Configure PharmaSuite based on business and manufacturing requirements.
- Set up and maintain MES objects such as:
- - materials
- equipment
- resources
- workflows
- recipes
- users and roles
- master data
- Configure manufacturing
