*Provide strategic financial leadership and support the Companys profitable and sustainable growth. Formulate financial strategy, long-term plans and capital-allocation priorities aligned with business objectives. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and periodic business-planning processes across all divisions and locations.*
*Monitor financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights to improve revenue, margins and returns. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under applicable Ind AS.*
*Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, taxation laws and other statutory requirements. Strengthen internal controls, enterprise-risk management, governance systems and fraud-prevention mechanisms.*
foreign exchange exposure and liquidity planning. Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, inventory, payables and dealer credit.*
*Evaluate capital expenditure, expansion proposals, acquisitions and strategic investments through rigorous financial analysis.*
*Oversee the financial performance, controls and statutory compliance of Indian and Sri Lankan operations and subsidiaries.*
*Qualification: Chartered Accountant; additional qualifications such as CMA, CFA or MBA will be advantageous.*
*Experience: Minimum 20 years in finance, including senior leadership experience in a listed, multi-plant manufacturing company.*
