Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Intern to join our remote team for a two-month tenure. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration, working directly with our leadership to build and maintain a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including shortlisting profiles, screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding.
- Conduct candidate interviews to identify the best fit for various company roles.




- Facilitate feedback meetings and actively contribute to maintaining a healthy, positive work setting.
- Monitor and document daily compliance, updating information regarding any violations of company policies.
- Work closely with the CEO to support high-level recruiting efforts and general HR operations.
- Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support and coordinate internal office activities.

Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or a closely related field (Pursuing an MBA is a significant advantage).
- Solid foundational knowledge of Human Resources domains and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management abilities and a sharp attention to detail.
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a reliable PC/laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
