Experience 2 to 5 Years as Development Engineer ( Press Component )

Qualification : B.E ( Mechanical )

'Create BOM for new inquiry

'Share standard items for quote to supplier, followup & get the quote+feasibility

'Ensure PO to supplier (As per decided tooling / processes)

'Develop current supplier for special processes if any.

'Get the quote from supplier, for outsource parts & finalize

'Create Feasibility report, arrange CFT for sign off

'APQP Activities followup as per time line

'DAP - Inhouse/Supplier

Tooling / Fixtures Followup with suppliers / Inhouse

'Timeline chart update with supplier + Internal

'Stagewise drg (with tolerances) input for document preparation -For Prelaunch & Final





'Get the laser cut material/surface treatment parts for sampling

'Attend tooling trial (Inhouse + Outsource) & ensure trouble shooting before sending tool to production

'Input to Update control plan for final release

'Input to quality for PPAP Documents

'PTR internal/customer

'Tooling/Fixture/Gauges data update in development share project

'Handover project to Production/Quality with Sign Off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
